Warranty

Warranty period is 1 year from documented date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship on all new Xaxxon products -- except batteries, for which the coverage is 180 days (when used to power Xaxxon products only). Xaxxon will replace defective products (or defective components of products) free of charge. By default, Xaxxon support staff will attempt to assist customers in diagnosing the exact problem, and replace defective components only. Xaxxon will provide detailed component-replacement and/or repair instructions, if applicable. If return shipping is required, Xaxxon will compensate for documented shipping costs, up to a maximum amount equal to the shipping fee charged on the original purchase invoice. To avoid international shipping duty fees, customs declarations for return shipping must indicate '$0 commercial value,' with 'warranty return' as reason for shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 60 days from receipt of product. To be eligible for refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally received. Refunds issued do not include shipping costs. To avoid international shipping duty fees, customs declarations for return shipping must indicate '$0 commercial value,' with 'warranty return' as reason for shipping.
